The TheraSpa shower head is mounted on an adjustable bracket that can be angled to direct water at different areas of your body — from overhead for a rain-style shower to a lower angle for rinsing or targeted relief on tired muscles.
To adjust: locate the adjustment nut on the wall bracket joint and loosen it by turning counter-clockwise. Gently tilt the shower head to your preferred angle, then tighten the nut clockwise to hold it in position. The bracket holds firmly once tightened — no tools are needed for everyday adjustment.
