Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. You can also log in to your AquaBliss account to view order status and tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are not supported at this time.
  • We do not offer international shipping through our website.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or undeliverable shipments.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier or customs delays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

In such cases, our team will do its best to assist you and resolve any delivery issues promptly.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your AquaBliss product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or product defect).
  • Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@aquabliss.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@aquabliss.com with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund your item at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the processing stage.Once processing has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
