AquaBliss products are exclusively sold by AquaBliss Inc and Amazon.com, Inc. We sell our products directly through AquaBliss.com and via third-party websites, such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com etc. It is important to note when making your purchase that the product is being "shipped from and sold by, AquaBliss".

REMINDER: WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIG'S LIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.

Unfortunately, AquaBliss products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from AquaBliss; instead, they are acquired from a host of other sources. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to AquaBliss warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.

AquaBliss products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary "gray" market and can be pirated goods not produced by AquaBliss, damaged, defective or so-called "B" stock goods, or stolen goods.

BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT AQUABLISS PRODUCTS.

Like many premium goods, AquaBliss products are being duplicated and sold, usually at drastically reduced prices and diminished quality. These products do not meet AquaBliss standards and are not covered under AquaBliss warranty.
