The Daily Essential+ contains more filtration media than the Daily Essential Shower Filter (SF220), along with removable sediment guards, a universal adapter and upgraded no-leak seals, making it better suited to more demanding water conditions.

We recommend replacing the cartridge every 3–6 months. Chlorine levels in your area can affect how quickly the cartridge reaches the end of its lifespan. Replacement Daily Essential Filter Cartridges are available separately.

Yes. The Daily Essential Shower Filter uses a standard ½" connection and is compatible with all standard fixed, rain and handheld shower heads.

No. The Daily Essential Shower Filter is designed to maintain full water flow throughout its filtration stages.

The Daily Essential Shower Filter (SF220) is designed to reduce chlorine. If your water supply contains chloramine, the Daily Revitalize Shower Filter (SF100) or a whole-house filter would be a more suitable option.
